FinPOS-ERP Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using FinPOS-ERP (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Software. These Terms apply to all users of the Software, including without limitation users who are customers, merchants, contributors of content, information, and other materials.

2. Software License:

FinPOS-ERP grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software in accordance with these Terms. This license is for your internal business use only.

3. Account Registration:

• You must register for an account to use the Software.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.  
   
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment:

• Use of the Software requires a valid subscription.
• Subscription fees are payable as specified on our website or in your service agreement.
• FinPOS-ERP reserves the right to change subscription fees upon prior notice.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Data and Privacy:

• You retain ownership of all data you input into the Software.
• FinPOS-ERP will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We will take reasonable measures to protect your data, but we are not liable for any data loss or unauthorized access.

6. Software Usage:

• You agree to use the Software only for lawful purposes.
• You must not use the Software to transmit any harmful or illegal content.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the Software without our permission.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Intellectual Property:

• FinPOS-ERP owns all intellectual property rights in the Software.
• You must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Software without our express written consent.

8. Support and Maintenance:

• FinPOS-ERP will provide reasonable support and maintenance for the Software.
• Support availability and response times may vary depending on your subscription plan.
• We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which may temporarily disrupt access to the Software.

9. Limitation of Liability:

• FinPOS-ERP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Software.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Software subscription.
• The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

10. Termination:

• FinPOS-ERP may terminate your account for breach of these Terms.
• You may terminate your subscription at any time, subject to the terms of your service agreement.
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

11. Changes to Terms:

• FinPOS-ERP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• We will provide notice of any significant changes.
• Your continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
